Deposit, Cleaning, Equipment: Upon arrival, a deposit of € 100 must be paid for each mobil home to which the camping staff will issue a signed receipt. This confirmation of deposit must be shown at the end of the stay in order to recover the deposit. In order to receive a full refund of the deposit, leave the dishes washed, an empty refrigerator, and throw away trash. The deposit is valid at the Ca'Savio campsite.

The final cleaning fee for the mobile home is included in the price. The kitchenette should be self-made.

The cottage equipment is prepared for a maximum of 6 or 7 people, depending on the occupancy of the house. We ask our guests to respect and use the mobile home equipment properly to avoid damage. All costs resulting from damages will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.

Parking: There is one parking space for one mobile home (for one car), which is included in the price. The place to park the vehicle will usually be next to the accommodation or in the designated internal parking lot. There may be an additional charge for parking the second car, so we recommend that you read the description of the particular campsite for detailed information on the tariffs. The campsite Cesenatico is 5 euro / car / day.

Optional benefits:

  • Children's cot 15 euro per item, per week
  • borrowing a children's chair 15 euros per piece per week,
  • air conditioning: availability and prices in individual campsite descriptions.

Currency and valuables: Almost every campsite has a safe deposit box available in reception. We recommend using it to store any valuables brought with you.

Arrivals & Departures: The accommodation will be available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be released by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

New campsite reception: On some campsites there is a separate New Campsite reception with a resident who helps in lodging and directs to mobile homu (Ca'Savio). At other campsites accommodation and assistance during the stay is taken care of by the campsite staff. New Campsite staff will be English-speaking at our campsites.

Camping Regulations: All campsites have their own independent regulations, which everyone - including the Guests of New Campsite - must adhere to. We advise you to follow these rules, respect the accommodation, the campsite as well as other guests. Detailed information about the regulations can be obtained at the reception of the campsite. The dates of opening and closing of camping attractions, as well as the commencement and termination of the campsite's activity are determined each time in the regulations of a given campground. No smoking: All New Campsite facilities are strictly non-smoking.

Animations: All campsites in which the New Campsite houses are in high season (July and August) offer animations for both adults and children: sports courses and tournaments, mini clubs, shows and animations in the evening. Off season, some campsites offer a poorer, more limited animation program.

Pools: On most of our campsites, use of the pool is included in the price. On some campsites it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. At selected campsites, a card or a wristband may be required, which our guests will receive from the Resident New Campsite or from the campsite staff on the day of arrival, after paying a deposit. We recommend that you read the description of a particular campsite for detailed information.

Camp life: At the campsite, we live in a natural environment, and it is possible that we will come across some small animals! We recommend keeping food products, especially sweets, in closed containers or in a refrigerator to avoid unpleasant situations.

Tourist tax: A daily tourist tax is charged on our campaigns. This is a local tax which must be paid on arrival directly at the campsite. The amount of tax, depending on the region in which the campsite is located, is from 0.45 to 0.50 euro / day for every person over 14 years old.

Renting cribs and chairs for children and special needs: We kindly ask you to request children's equipment (cot or chair) at the time of booking, at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Payment on site to our Resident or at the reception desk. For last-minute reservations, optional services are not guaranteed. We will also give you other special wishes, eg regarding the location: shaded, next to friends, in a quiet area, etc., but we are not able to guarantee 100% of their fulfillment. Of course, we will try to do our best to meet the special requests of our guests

Low season: The New Campsite houses open at the same time as the campsite and sometimes off-season, not all campsite attractions are available. Some services may be limited due to ongoing maintenance or in the case of swimming pools, opening may be dependent on the weather. We would like to kindly ask you to take into account that New Campsite, and often the campsite itself, can not guarantee the opening or full functionality of camping facilities on time, as delays may be caused by force majeure. Minors: Minors must be accompanied by parents.

Dogs: Because of our clients who suffer from allergies, dogs are not normally accepted at New Campsite facilities, even if the campsite accepts dogs.
