sells holiday rentals of mobile homes in the Ca'Savio Campsite, Cesenatico, Marina and Rivaverde.

Deposit / Cleaning / Facilities:  
On arrival a mandatory deposit of € 100 per mobile home must be paid, for which a signed receipt will be issued by the camping staff. This deposit receipt must be shown at the end of your stay in order to reclaim the deposit. In order to receive a full refund of the deposit, you must leave the dishes washed, the fridge empty and the rubbish disposed of. 

The final cleaning fee for the cottage is included in the price. The kitchenette must be cleaned on your own.

The cottage equipment is prepared for a maximum of 5 or 6 persons, depending on the occupancy of the cottage. We ask our guests to respect and properly use the equipment in the mobile homes in order to avoid damage to it. Any costs resulting from damage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. 

Parking: 
There is one parking space per mobile home (per car), which is included in the price. The place to park your vehicle will usually be next to your accommodation or in a designated internal car park. There may be an additional charge for being able to park a second car, so we recommend that you check the description of the specific campsite for details of tariffs.

Cot and highchair hire and special requests: 
We kindly ask you to request the rental of baby equipment (cot or highchair) at the time of booking, at least 7 days before your arrival date. Payment on site at our Resident or at the campsite reception. For last-minute bookings, optional benefits are not guaranteed. We will also communicate other special requests, e.g. for location: shady, next to friends, in a quiet area, etc., but we are not able to 100% guarantee their fulfilment. Of course, we will try to do our best to meet the special requests of our guests.

Currency and valuables: 
Almost every campsite has a safe deposit box available at reception. We recommend using it to store any valuables you bring with you. 

Arrivals & Departures: 
- Ca'Savio: Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, check-out is from 7:30 to 9:00
- Cesenatico: Check-in is from 16:30 to 00:00, check-out is from 7:00 to 9:30
- Marina: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00, check-out is from 8:00 to 10:00
- Rivaverde: Check-in is from 17:00 to 22:30, check-out is from 7:30 to 10:00

New Campsite Reception: 
On some campsites there is a separate New Campsite reception  
with a resident who helps with accommodation and directs you to the mobile home (Ca'Savio). On other campsites, the accommodation and assistance during your stay is provided by the staff of the respective campsite. On our campsites the New Campsite staff will be English speaking. 

Campsite Regulations: 
All campsites have their own independent rules and regulations to which everyone - including New Campsite Guests - must adhere. You are advised to follow these rules, to respect the accommodation, the campsite as well as other guests. Detailed information on the regulations can be obtained from the campsite reception. The opening and closing times of the camping attractions, as well as the start and end of camping activities, are specified each time in the regulations of the respective campsite.

No smoking: 
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all New Campsite facilities.

Animation: 
All campsites with New Campsite chalets in high season (July, August) offer animation for both adults and children: sports courses and tournaments, mini clubs, shows and animation in the evening. In low season, some campsites offer a poorer, more limited animation programme.

Swimming pools: 
On most of our campsites, use of the swimming pool is included in the price. On some campsites it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap. On selected campsites a card or wristband may be required, which our guests will receive from the New Campsite Resident or the campsite staff on arrival, after paying a deposit. We recommend reading the description of the specific campsite for details.

Life on the campsite: 
On the campsite we live in a natural environment, so it is possible that you will come across some small animals! We recommend storing your food, especially sweets,
in closed containers or in the fridge to avoid unpleasant situations.

Tourist tax: 
A tourist tax is charged for each day of stay at our campsites. This is a local tax which must be paid on arrival directly at the campsite. The amount depends on the region in which the campsite is located and ranges from EUR 0.60 to EUR 1.50 per day per person over 14 years of age.

Rental of cots and highchairs for children and special requests:

Low season: 
New Campsite cottages open at the same time as the respective campsite
and sometimes in the low season not all of the campsite's attractions are available. Some services may be limited due to ongoing maintenance or in the case of the swimming pools, opening may be weather dependent. We would like to kindly ask you to take into account that New Campsite, and often the campsite itself, cannot guarantee the opening or full functionality of the campsite facilities on time, as delays may be caused by force majeure.

Minors: 
Minors must be accompanied by a parent. 

Pets: 
- Ca'Savio: Pets are not allowed.
- Cesenatico: Pets are allowed.
- Marina: Pets are allowed.
- Rivaverde: Pets are allowed.
